Omi JewelryReviews of omijewelry.com

I had the pleasure of working with Walter to source a watch for my Mom. He was professional and his communication was amazing, which made my virtual shopping experience perfect! I will definitely shop with Omi Jewelry again.

The process of purchasing a Rolex from OMI jewelry was seamless. I had questions, emailed Walter, and he answered promptly and honestly. After mulling it over for a week, I bit the bullet, ordered, and received the most beautiful watch in impeccable condition. My watch came via fedex in the original Rolex box with an appraisal certificate. I absolutely love it. Zero regrets!

Doing Business with OMI Jewelry has been a wonderful experience. I have been especially working with Walter Hofmann. Walter has been a Quintessential Professional. Henceforth, OMI Jewelry will be my Go To Store for Rolex purchases because of their great values and Walter Hofmann. A Very Satisfied Customer, Dr Samuel Sierra

Best place to buy a pre-owned Rolex. Service is excellent!!

The watch I purchased was in great condition. I received exactly was was advertised and Walter was able to send me extra pictures and videos of the watch to make sure it was the as advertised. I was skeptical at first but I will continue to purchase my watches and jewelry from OMI.

Walter has been awesome in resolving the issue with my watch. There was a communication gap between the store manager and I but my rolex watch is not only in excellent working condition, but was adorned with a beautiful diamond. Awesome customer service. Thank you so much and yes, would highly recommend this seller. Abby

Great experience with Omi. I was very hesitant about ordering a Rolex on line. Then I read the great reviews & started working with Walter. He was very patient with me as I had many questions & concerns. I just recvd my watch yesterday (quick delivery & packaged very well). I couldn’t be happier. The watch is even more beautiful than the pictures. Would highly recommend Omi & Walter.

Walter provided honest, reliable very good service. Everything went exactly how described. I am hard to please person. I would do business with him again. Thank you for the good job Walter.
