My wife and I almost made the HUGE mistake of buying a Rolex from OMI. Sales rep J sent us a video of the “new” watch which had obviously been outfitted with a bad & obviously fake aftermarket band and bezel. We then come to find the video he sent us was from a different used watches ad! When I questioned him as to why this “new” watch would have a fake jubilee band and diamond bezel he got increasingly irritated/disrespectful and was unable to answer a single question. Finally he got the “manager” on the phone who sounded middle eastern but claimed to be from Jamaica (liar). “Manager” then said that the watch is not new and nothing they sell is new and if that’s what we want then we have to pre-pay BEFORE he can even show us the watch! Total SCAM artists! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OMI!!! BUY YOUR WATCHES DIRECTLY FROM A FACTORY AUTHORIZED DEALER! I am a real person, this is a real review. Don’t be tricked by all of the fake 5 star reviews! Still waiting to hear from their Jamaican legal team LOL

I received an email from omi jewelry $150.00 off your first purchase.received another email with $200.00 off when I emailed them I was told the $200.00 is for over $1000.00 purchase. So I ordered a chain never received my $150.00 when I emailed them I got no response. So most important they need to put the weight on their adds the chain is not worth the weight rip off

The lack of response is disrespectful!

The watch was delivered broken. The bar that connect the band was detached. And the clip is so refurbish that you can barely even see the crown and there’s a big dent on the pin / Crown

We ordered our item and they first gave us the wrong tracking number in which we had to contact them to ask them where our package was. When we ordered the watch, we asked if they could take links off in order to size the watch which they replied they can do with no issue and ended up not even doing it. When we finally received the watch, the model number we ordered was completely different than what we received and gave us an older model but stated that it was a newer model than what we ordered, which was a lie after searching. Not only did we have to catch them in the lie and write back proving that this was not what we purchased as well as not being a newer model, but after all said and done, they gave a shipping label to send it back. Would never buy from this store again, unreliable as well as sketchy! They are not honest about their products or customer service. We’re still in dispute to get our money back. Horrible! ***UPDATE: They reply to this review saying they gave us a newer one but we looked up the serial # and it’s actually 6 years OLDER than what we ordered. Stop trying to scam people.

Worst company ever. Tried to try something different and they never had the watch they were advertising a week later tried to offer me something completely different. This is a SCAM company

I purchased a $3,900 Rolex from this company and its been a terrible disaster. So I wanted to wear this watch on my birthday and discovered it wasn't working, then I discovered the crown was stiff. I called the company and I got a return service I patiently waited to get my watch back and it returned still not working, even worse the crown is stiff and doesn’t pull/push. I called the company and was told my 1 year warranty cover makes it ineligible for them to fix/replace my watch. I purchased this watch 07/11/2020 and it’s not even been up to a year. I’ve never had such terrible customer service I will advice you purchase your high-end jewelry elsewhere.

I got the watch and it doesn’t even work after winding it. Will be requesting a refund!
