Walter at OMI Jewelry was incredible in helping me make the right Rolex purchase and also ensuring the watch arrived in time for my mother’s birthday. Great communication. Great watch. Will be shopping with them again.

I'll be honest.. I need this watch by my wife's bday and they promised it be there in time so I was nervous. But their promise was perfect bc it came exactly the day we needed it to. The watch is perfect size and exactly what we saw on the website. Thank u so much

Hello, I would love to provide feedback on the service I receive while searching for my Rolex. Walter, was very professional and accommodating. He answered all my questions and did everything to give me a good deal. He wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase opposed to just trying to sell me anything. I hope he is recognized for his professionalism and excellent customer service.
