Great doing business

i ordered a 530$ pendant and i got it and two stones were missing from it. however they saw my review on here reached out to me and sent me a free shipping label. i shipped the pendant and they fixed it and sent it back to me. great customer service.

Beautiful Rolex. Exactly as described. Requests online and by phone were answered quickly and professionally.

The watch I got was beautiful! I'm in love with it. Walter was a great help and always answered my questions. I only have two suggestions. First, I would have liked a shipping notice with tracking. Luckily someone was at my home, but I would not want to miss delivery or have it left on my porch (which drivers do even when signature is required). I also would have liked some instructions on how to set the time, date, winding, etc. I have never owned a Rolex and had to look it up on another website. I would definitely buy here again. Thank you!

I just received my Rolex Datejust watch. Looked exactly like the picture online. When I called to inquire about the company, the sales representative was very friendly and informative. I haven't had it long enough to experience any issues. I hope to do more business with OMI as the price was more reasonable than any other competitor.

Love the Watch and it arrived as shown but... I had asked the watch band extended for sizing and fave measurement but when got watch too tight. Only contact by email.

Very efficient and responsive. Received the Watch in time and nicely packaged . This is a Christmas Gift.

I bought a Rolex for my husband birthday and it was beautiful but it was missing the appraisal , I contacted the owner and it’s being shipped out ASAP! I’ll be ordering from them again. Thanks Omi Jewelry 🤩
