Sell fake Jewelry. Won’t issue a refund for selling the fake jewelry after being exposed

They are the worst in customer service, and refund . DO NOT BUY AMYTHING FROM THEM

Horrible experience with Omi jewelers . I purchased a ring on Nov 19 2024 , I was then contacted that the ring was not in stock and showed me other options they had available . I did not like them at all and asked for the ring I purchased. Fast forward to today Dec 16 2024 I still don’t have a ring, nor an update ,no tracking information, no eta nor responds to my messages or call.

I am writing this review after several attempts to get OMI jewelry to do the right thing. I puchased a Patek Phillipe from them several months ago. When I picked up the watch, it was missing several items such as the OEM leather strap (it had an aftermarket rubber strap), as well as the Patek pusher, both of which were clearly shown in the ad. When I asked about them, they said they were ordered and would come soon. I have been patient over the past few months, occasionally checking in on status, and told to be patient. I was basically told today, that they wont be willing or able to do anything. To get me the items I was promised. Or reimbuse me anything for me to buy on my own. Buyer beware. Dont believe any promises. Once they have your money, they wont honor anything. Tremendous regrets. Will never buy from again

I bought a Rolex for my boyfriend's birthday. It came late because of "weather." I was out of town when it came and then gave it to my boyfriend a whole month early. Sadly, it was not what he was looking for. The store would not allow me to return the watch (which I found out after the fact I was way over charged for - my bad) since it was not returned four days after delivery - even though it was late and I was out of town when it arrived. Their loss because they could have charged me a restocking fee and then sold the same watch again for way too much and made much more money. Plus there was a lot of "This is your fault and not ours" going on on the OMI end. So....buyer beware.

I ordered a piece of jewelry from this company and spent nearly $2000. I found something I liked better and immediately requested a refund. In order to return the item they charged me a 15% restocking fee. The return policy says they “may” charge a 15% restocking fee which to me implies under a certain condition, not automatically. The item I ordered never even left their stock because I canceled it within 20 minutes of purchasing after business hours. I would understand if the item had been prepared to ship but charging $300 to restock something that never moved from stock is just a sleazy way to steal from customers. Terrible customer care!!’

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a $38k watch from OMI Jewelry through his website and then he called me 3 days later to tell me the price was wrong and an error on his website with the coupon code the offer. Would not honor and tried to get another few thousand out of me. Not an honorable man or seller. Total switch and bait to get more $ from me.
