I had the BEST experience shopping with the guys at OMI. I spent a few days in NY from Dallas, TX and knew I would be stopping by their gorgeous showroom to buy my first timepiece. Unbeatable prices, the best quality, and a no pressure sales process. They have a huge selection, and actually had the EXACT watch I wanted in the showroom! I'm a customer for life. Fantastic customer service. I bought a Rolex watch from OMI and unfortunately it need 2 more links to fit properly. Russel was the best, he gladly and quickly put 2 more links on the Rolex for me and watch is perfect. Where else could you get such great service then at OMI Jewelers.
