The best jewelry I ever owned “ thanks Anthony at omi jewelry 😁for the great service and honest prices “ quality diamonds chains “ 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone who looking to upgrade to real jewelry “

The purchase of the Rolex watch was amazing. The size was smaller than I expected, but they made it right with the needed extra links. Customer service was top-notch.

Great deal on a beautiful watch!

I enjoyed my buying experience with OMI. I had not heard of the company so I was somewhat anxious. I purchased a beautiful 18K Pendant which is gorgeous in color, WOW!! Customer service is great, and product arrived very timely. OMI, my new go to for unique quality jewelry.

I have a strong affection for OMI. My interaction with the company and its employees was truly delightful. Their excellent communication guided me seamlessly through the necklace purchase process for my fiance. The Christmas gift was a hit, and he even shed genuine tears upon receiving it. We are overjoyed, and to add to our happiness, I've recently ordered the matching bracelet as a birthday surprise, eagerly anticipating its arrival.

I got very courteous, prompt service. The watch is the most beautiful I have ever seen. However, because of the rush that I asked for, they didn't notice that there were missing links in the solid gold band. My representative, Anthony, contacted the owner who immediately made it right by sending the links. I would truly highly recommend OMI to anyone looking for a great watch at a very fair price!!

I called to get a status of my order and Justin jumped on it and was all over it. He not only got me and idiaye, provided me reassurance that my order was gong to be overnighted and should arrive in time for my son’s birthday! The following day, today, Justin reached out to me again, not expected, as an added measure to ensure me my order was going to make it by tomorrow! This extra mile and going above and beyond separated OMI from the rest! Thanks Justin Oliver -Customer Service Associate!! You Da Best!!!! Coach Phil
