Dear Customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a fantastic 5-star review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that the Nyla Chair is living up to your expectations and that all the features are exactly as pictured on our site. It’s great to know the assembly process went smoothly for you—around 30 minutes is a win in our books! We designed the Nyla to blend style, support, and easy setup, so it’s rewarding to hear it’s now settled perfectly in your office. If you ever need anything else or simply want to share a photo of your new workspace setup, we’d love to see it. Enjoy your new chair, and happy working! Warm regards, The Omidi Support Team

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are genuinely sorry to learn that the adjustment mechanism did not perform to our standards, despite our initial attempts to resolve it remotely. Your patience throughout the troubleshooting process—from the diagnostic videos to the replacement part installation—was deeply appreciated by our team. While we regret that the chair itself could not meet your expectations, we are pleased that our return and reimbursement process provided a satisfactory resolution. Ensuring your investment was protected, including covering the FedEx return shipping to our California facility, was the least we could do to uphold your trust. It has been a privilege to serve you, and your kind words about Monica’s diligence have been shared with her directly. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back to the Omidi family in the future. Sincerely, The Omidi Support Team

Hi there! Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're delighted to hear the chair arrived safely from New York to LA and that assembly was a breeze—literally in 10 minutes! That orange leather paired with the polished aluminum is such a stunning combination. And we couldn't agree more about the comfort; some things are just worth mentioning twice! It means a lot to us that you found such great value. Enjoy your new chair! Warm regards, The Omidi Support Team
