Cutomer service great. Build quality great. Color great. Comfort is good but not great. If you're a person that likes broader arm rests this chair isn't for you. I wish I choose the less sleek traditional design as I'm confident it's more comfortable. If you're thinking of spending this kind of money ona chair i can say you get real value from this brand and it's my recommendation that you will be happy if you purchase one of Omidis chairs Just make sure you understand what designs compliment your comfort needs.
