This supplement did not work for me at all I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all

No stars I would give , this product put me in the emergency room, shortness of breath, heart pounding , diarrhea, weakness, couldn't breath. And after all that denied refund by supervisors at omega xl.

I hit PlaceYour Order… their site locked down. I made several calls - given by customer service until I got someone on phone saying order didn’t go through-it wasn’t viable in their system. I hadn’t gotten charge posted or email confirmation. I fortunately had taken screenshots of the order page(highly recommending everyone do this w ANY online orders placed). As I was going through my order details I realized I was charged over $20 for double shipping and double taxes!!! She said she couldn’t find the order so I said fine. I already agreed to pay the ($15!!!) higher price for a one time purchase instead of getting hooked into a auto ship program… been there done that with other companies … Anyway after putting me on hold for third time it was a miracle “a guy” she was working with …I suspect generated an order as I had given her the information thinking they looked up information various methods … said my order was seen by another guy…. but (wait) it wasn’t in the system?????!! After a while she gave me a confirmation number and said I had to call back again to give it time to get it in the system…??. She couldn’t address the double taxes and shipping nor could she forward me to anyone to address and I should look up my taxes bc they are required to bill for it. I agreed but that no other company I’ve used-especially online charged TWO taxes!!! One line for over 8% was “estimated tax” and next line was tax for 7%???So I said ok I wait but then what about the double shipping??? She said until their system was updated (meaning they had to create my order… so my request to cancel wouldn’t be possible) I had to call back to discuss the tax and shipping. I offered to send my screenshots to her… she didn’t have a way to receive it so I said I’d send to the guy she was working with and had the more equipped system to get it. No…. Then she made a mistake telling me it was cheaper to do auto ship program telling me the math… which I immediately showed her how that maybe was equal too what I paid! But they were willing to change my “order” but previously couldn’t change my order to cancel??… see where I’m going people!!! I may post an update on this less than professional company to share how they get away /explain away with the double tax and shipping. Always a great idea to write down your conversation and get a name of person helping you. Also remember screenshots come in real handy!!! With this company: BUYER BEWARE… Their practices appear shadier than a 10,000 acre forest! Will wait to determine viability of actual product success they tout.

This product has been nothing short of a miracle for both my husband and myself!! People can say what they want but this product has proven itself to me time and time again. I had taken it for years and everytime I stopped I'd have to start using it again because the pain would return. I had my husband take it when he suffered a pylon fracture of his ankle. He has two plates and 17 screws in his foot/ankle. Doctors are amazed that he can even walk. One week he forgot to put the pills in his medicine tray. He became concerned that week because he could hardly walk at all. It got worse every day. I became concerned as well not understanding why he was having such difficulty so suddenly. Late in the week he realized he had left out the Omega XL in his medicine tray that week. He was absolutely amazed that those tiny pills were helping him that much!!!

It's a shame to see John Walsh lose his integrity and honesty all for money and another 15 minutes. He used to do such good things and be such an honest person. Wonder what his son would think to see what a liar his father has become. What a shame.

Hace dos meses cancelé la cuenta que tenía con esta compañía que vende omega Xl y el día de ayer me cobraron a mi cuenta de banco el valor del frasco, yo llamo y me dicen que no me pueden devolver el dinero son unos rateros y sin moral porque hacen con el cliente lo que les da la gana, aparte que es pura mentira esas pastillas no quitan o alivian ningún dolor.

I took the recommended amount. No improvement in my pain. I called for the guaranteed refund. I was told I had to take another month of the product to be eligible for the refund. Auto ship price INCREASED, after I was told I would get a REDUCED price. I called after taking the second shipment. Staying it STILL didn't help. Cancelled auto ship and started regular process. Again they tried to get me to order more. I refused. They said I had to send ALL of the bottles to them (thank goodness I kept them!). I was informed after receiving the bottles, (I had to pay shipping of course) I could plan to receive a refund within 30 days. Minus shipping and handling of course... Being this is all shady.... How many will keep the entry bottles... They force you to do another auto ship at increased prices ($81 for 2 bottles)! I recommend sending the bottles back with insurance and a tracking number. I will update as to whether I get my refund and how long it takes.

I purchased the 60ct. Bottle of Omega Xl and within two weeks the pain in my shoulder and knee were completely gone. I was so happy! The pill is very small, unique in color and very easy to swallow. I decided to purchase the Omega XL 120 ct. bottle on Ebay. When I started taking pills from the 120ct. bottle , I noticed that the pills were larger and different in color, they looked like vitamin E pills. That second bottle of omega XL – 120ct. , I started taking them and I noticed that the pain in my shoulder and knee started to come back. That second bottle DID NOT work on my pain, not like the first bottle 60ct. did! Which leads me to believe that the second bottle I purchased was counterfeit. I could not return it because the bottle had already been opened, so I was out $60. Let this be a warning to who is reading this. Watch Out! Stick with the 60ct bottle and DO NOT PURCHASE the 120 Ct bottle… It does not work!!!! and I do believe that these are not the actual omega XL pills that are advertised on Television.
