My wife has been suffering from shoulder pain for several months now. So far nothing has provided relief. We have tried Salonpas, Bio-Freeze, Volteran, Tiger Balm and warm compresses. I finally gave in to the TV ads for Omega XL. So far she she has has nearly completed one bottle, plus the curcumin that was shipped with it. I bought a second bottle believing that she would start noticing some relief. So far Omega XL has failed to live up to the hype expressed by Mr. John Walsh.

For me it didn't work even increasing to six pills per day

I did not expect 2 orders to come within 1 day of each other. I tried to cancel subscription but there was no way to do that online.

Products OmegaXL are not at all effectively and expensive . Every time I try to cancel subscription they try to defer it. The money back is NO guarantee. They keep deferring it so they won’t give back the money even if it doesn’t work at all (I still have empty bottles). I tried to stop the automated order right after 30 days by calling. They could stop the shipping in time but they wouldn’t and keep pushing me trying. They said they would extend 30 days money back guarantee but when I tried to stop again they kept pushing me to extend using it and eventually no money back for sure.

When I placed my order I was told I would receive 3 bottles. I only got 2 bottles and I have tried contacting them twice without any response. Very disappointed. I felt deceived.

Tried to increase my auto ship order online and could not do that. Forced to call the 800 number after 2 1/2 hours of waiting for a call back. I called again. I waited one hour and got someone to answer. that makes no sense to me if I was in line from the first call. I was told there was an unusual volume of calls going on so there is an increased wait time. every time I have called this company for years I get that same recording every time I call. Either you don’t have enough employees to handle your volume or you don’t pay a living wage so you can have enough employees. Your wait times are terrible. I will say this. Your product works for myself and multiple friends. The only reason I’m not telling you to shove it! Clean up your call time wait! No Excuses! One of your customer service reps who I finally got thru to was outstanding. I only know his first name…Hector. Give the guy a raise!

I will never order from this company again. Their Auto Ship policy is a scam and it takes multiple time to get it cancelled even when you didn't want auto ship. Then they tell me that since I dint cancel in time after multiple request, that they could not refund me. You can only get a refund on your very first order. Not when you cancel and they still ship you orders. I was told by my Physician to stop taking as it was affecting other medications possibly so I started taking other supplements for a vitamin deficiency. Company will scam you and never really great results from products.

Product did not work. Customer Service a NIGHTMARE. Tried to cancel autoship and it took over 45 minutes to get it done. Wouldn't listen, kept trying to sell and kept asking if I took it correctly. DO NOT BUY
