Very passionate about retaining me as a customer without making me feel pressured or bullied. Tried to increase my auto ship order online and could not do that. Forced to call the 800 number after 2 1/2 hours of waiting for a call back. I called again. I waited one hour and got someone to answer. that makes no sense to me if I was in line from the first call. I was told there was an unusual volume of calls going on so there is an increased wait time. every time I have called this company for years I get that same recording every time I call. Either you don’t have enough employees to handle your volume or you don’t pay a living wage so you can have enough employees. Your wait times are terrible. I will say this. Your product works for myself and multiple friends. The only reason I’m not telling you to shove it! Clean up your call time wait! No Excuses! One of your customer service reps who I finally got thru to was outstanding. I only know his first name…Hector. Give the guy a raise!
