I will buy from OMC whenever they have the items I am looking for.

The prices are good. The deliveries occur on time. My only complaint is that my interactions with customer service haven't been great. I asked a question, received a response, sent a follow-up question, but never heard another reply. If not for this, I would give them 5 stars.

No issues -- buy with confidence

OMCGear has turned out to be the price leader in a very competitive outdoor equipment market. When I was looking to buy ice tools, they beat the nearest price competitor by at least $30 per tool. I would definitely recommend looking here if you plan on buying ice tools.

'Found and excellent deal on a close-out combi XC ski boot. Contacted pre-sales to confirm how the sizing ran in that brand (Salomon) / model (Active Combi) and was pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and helpful representative that actually seemed to work out of their shop ( as opposed to some strictly call-center know nothing ) Ordered the boots early on in the week. OMC Gear promptly packaged them up and shipped. I was skiing on my new boots by the following weekend No other problems, so I can not really say how their customer service is after you buy or how they handle returns, but from my initial experience, nothing less to say than: Good Job OMC Gear!

The selection is nice. They are in Oregon, hence the name. This means that your order takes a LOOOOONG time to arrive. They need to offer USPS priority mail as an option as it is very often cheaper and much quicker than UPS ground. Plus they deliver on Saturdays.
