I read lots of bad reviews however I wanted to see for myself. I called and they answered right away to see if a item was in stock. They had one left so I ordered the item and two days later it was in my home. Great Service.

Ordered product at 8:00 am, received an email at 10:00 am telling me product had already shipped. Price was between 14-46 dollars less than anybody else!

Found on Google search. Never heard of them but very glad I found them. Website was quick and easy, ordered what I wanted, then shipped out as expected. May seem like day to day, take it for granted stuff.. but these are the things that separate fives stars from two stars.

I ordered a jacket online and needed it to arrive at my house before leaving for Europe. They assured me that it would arrive in time and emailed me when the item was shipped. It arrived the next day just as promised. What's more, it didn't take much time on the phone explaining the circumstances and their service people taking care of it. Thanks!

After several days of checking my account, my order was consistently 'processing' without an email of explanation until I sent in an inquiry directly. The next day I had a response that inventory was incorrect and part of the order was not available. I then had an opportunity to cancel the entire order. I should have considering the jacket that did come was too big. It's on its way back but I had to pay $10.00 to return it. Really not thrilled about that...

I'm sorry that we were didn't have some of the items you ordered. We delay e-mails for 48 hours if we are unable to find a product. This gives us a chance to search our warehouse for items that have been misplaced, and to contact the supplier to see if we can get your product ordered for you. Unfortunately, since it is the end of the season, we were unable to get the boots you wanted.

I ordered at pair of scarpa boots from OMC, they arrived on time. They were in perfect new condition. OMC had the best price around and they shipped free to Hawaii , a big plus in my book. I'll be ordering another pair from them when these wear out. Thank you!
