I ordered a pair of Lowa Tibet boots online Friday evening. On Saturday someone from OMC called me to let me know that I would receive them on Wednesday and would like to know if that was ok. I had ordered them 2nd day air. I asked him about sizing and he was extremely knowledgeable and confident in the size chosen from the details I told him about my foot. The boots arrived on Wednesday, fit great, and are the best boots I have ever owned. Used them on a 10 hunt on Kodiak Island hunt and they were everything that they were built up to be. Great service.

We got just what we ordered in spite of ourselves. Not sure if it's the website or us but we ordered the same item multiple times. The website kept telling us the things we ordered were out of stock so we'd try again. Turns out we had ordered the same thing 3 times. We called customer service and they took care of the problem with entirely no hassle.

This site, these folks are very fast responders to issues, shipping, and making sizing corrections. The products are excellent well established goods, new, and shipped within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to shop them again AND to recommend OMC to any friend. My only complaint is that their search software is not discriminate enough. When asking for ski gloves I also got everything else snow and ski related. I even got my ex-wife's new winter diet!
