OmcgearReviews of omcgear.com

Items were received as described and in a timely matter!

My Northface thermoball acket and hoddie arrived on time and at a great price, so feel totally confident using this site and save some good money on great gear!

I've always found OMC to have good gear, reasonable prices, good advice and excellent cust services. Last time I bought several pairs and returned the ones that didn't fit the best. This time I was better at self sizing. Too bad I don't live close to the store! I recommend OMC to my friends as well!

Got my Outdoor Research Croc gaiters very fast. Great price too. Very pleased.

Product arrived as expected and in great condition.

I ordered two jackets from OMC, the first was two days late even after I called to confirm and reminded them I paid for expedited shipping and absolutely needed the coat by Wednesday.... It arrived Friday. The second jacket was ordered, paid for and the. Four days later I was told they didn't have it anymore and they offered me another a few minutes before they closed. By the time I they were open again and I could call back, they had sold that one too. Thanks a lot. Absutely the worst service, worst attitude on the phone and worst inventory system I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Why don't you guys go out a bird on it.

Shipping a tad slow; however, it was the holidays. Item arrived in great condition and great price, no hesitation to order from again.

The shipment came fast even though it was Christmas time. I was really excited to see my chacos in good condition. I was hesitant about the site but it paid off in the end. The only thing that I would recommend would be the taping of the box and finding a smaller box for the shoes. Thanks Omcgear I love my Chacos!
