i ordered product for first time from this site. the online pic was significantly different from the actual product. I didn't even take it out of the plastic bag and sent it back--at a cost of $9.00, which OMC doesn't cover. In my opinion, any online company that doesn't cover returns just doesn't warrant any loyalty.

Cole, The images of products on our website are provided by the manufacturers and they ensure that they represent the product features and colors correctly. Product in real life can look different under different light sources, and when ordering online, the color management and configuration of your computer screen can change how images look. I am sorry you are so displeased that we are unable to provide both sale pricing lower than the competition, and free return shipping on Marmot products.
