It's not that there was anything wrong with the order. I just find 5 stars should be reserved for something above and beyond. My camelbak came on time, packed well and was exactly what I wanted. OCM is legitimate and would order from them again.

Wanted to get a new North Face parka for my wife. Found the style she wanted and found the best sale price on Omcgear. My wife loves her coat and I will not hesitate to shop Omcgear for other purchased.

Apparently my package is on it's way but UPS hasn't delivered it. We're experiencing some inclement weather so I tried to schedule it to be delivered to a location that's easier to access. My request was denied. UPS said this option is restricted by OMC. Now I have to pick up my package between 330pm and 730pm on a weekday at UPS. No daytime or weekend hours. Please OMC, change this delivery restriction.

Hello, We really appreciate this feedback and I am very sorry to hear about that issue. We are able to change a shipping location for a package in transit however it sounds like that is not the case for the customer. We will certainly be discussing that policy. We are always happy to help resolve issues between customers and UPS before it becomes a bigger problem so please do not hesitate to call. Please let us know how we can best be of help to you. Regards, OMC Customer Service Department

The site had the backpack I wanted (Osprey 50L in eggplant) for the cheapest price online. The checkout process was normal although it did take a little longer than I expected to arrive but it was easy to track online. My new member sign up discount code didn't apply to the purchase but overall a good experience!

Quick response to my issue, shipping label for a return and new item all went out the same day.

Haven't yet used them on the snow but can see they will work good. With skins that have extra sticky glue, these save the arms and shoulders from ripping them apart.

I had a good experience purchasing equipment from OMC.
