It was over 100 degrees and the FedEx driver dumped the wine in a badly damaged box in the sun in front of our house. We haven’t tasted the wine yet but it may have suffered some damage.

Not sure yet! I just got a text from FedEx saying I have a delivery tomorrow that requires a signature!!!! I received my wine Yesterday!

This is the second time I received the wrong wine. I really wanted the red wine I ordered for Easter . I was given two bottles of Chardonnay. I already ordered the white wine (which I did receive in this order). Mailing just two just two bottles is not done . They are returning payment I made and giving me the two white bottles. I would rather have receive the wine I ordered and if not available to ship be given the opportunity to substitute myself two alternative bottles. When I order a certain wine I expect to receive it or if not available notified.

I ordered 2 of the wine advent calendars. One of them arrived perfectly while the other appears damp with the bottom crushed. Hopefully the wine inside is all intact it’s something that I will need to wait and see with.

I was very disappointed that you changed my original and submitted wines without contacting me first. In my opinion this is poor customer service for someone who orders a lot of wine from you. I would have been pleased if you had of contacted me first as I would have ordered some whites to replace the wines that you ran out of. Next time please contact me first or I will have to look elsewhere for my wines.

Omaha Steaks offers some decent wine selections. However, we ordered a pre-arranged group of red wine because Omaha Steaks said that "all of their tasters sampled thousands of wines and OH only selects from the top 2%". We trusted Omaha Steak Wines, but unfortunately several of the bottles in the group would NEVER make it to OUR top 2%!! Now there were several decent ones, but we believe they just filled in with the others that we found, quite frankly, unacceptable. We will avoid making that mistake again. There are too many other places where you can make your own selections and be more satisfied. Lesson learned.

Would have liked to receive those stainless steel tumblers & the delivery took 4 days to get? But Love the Wine
