I requested my order be sent on or…
I requested my order be sent on or after August 31st on two different occasions because I was out of town. The shipment came while I was gone. Luckily, I was able to get my brother to go by the house and to get it. Also, there was one broken bottle of Abbesse Sauvignon Blanc in the box. By the looks of the box, it must have happened a very long time ago because the box wasn't wet nor smelled. As a matter of fact, there was no sign of wine spillage in the box.

We are also concerned to learn about the broken bottle of Abbesse Sauvignon Blanc and the unusual condition of the packaging. I do not like leaving negative reviews…
I do not like leaving negative reviews but am compelled to now. First the pros: the few cases of wine I've ordered over the past months have been excellent and delivered when promised. They've been packed well and arrived free of damage. Cons: OSWC Customer Service is anything but "service". I placed 3 orders for deeply discounted wine weeks ago. The OSWC website showed the 3 orders "in progress". My first call to Customer Service was elevated to their back office team whom I was assured would get back to me within 48 hours. That didn't happen. My second call and follow-up email assured me that I'd receive a response within 48 hours. That likewise didn't happen. I'm tired of empty assurances and will therefore look elsewhere for wines. This review is intended to put Omaha Steaks Wine Club on notice that they have a problem. As a followup...I received a call from OSWC rep Kelby who explained the issue of the delayed wine. He also said he would try to fix it. Fingers crossed.

Great wine poor CS
Over sell and send you things you didn’t order w/o telling you up front. But after the fact when you get the shipment. Often several delays.

We are sorry for the confusing communications - your order did have a stock issue and a substitution of equivalent style and equal or greater value was made as per our policy. However, it was also held until after January 1, 2026 as it exceeded your state's alcohol limit of 24 bottles per month due to another order which was placed before this one, and could not be legally shipped in December. We apologize for the inconvenience and have reviewed our processes to ensure the communication of this issue will be clearer in the future. Thanks, Customer Service

Disappointing BBQ Reds, cheap junk...
I purchased the BBQ Reds case and found it very disappointing. The Amandla Shiraz/Zin was bad, virtually undrinkable, as was the Asado Malbec. The Pagos de Tahola rioja was typical cheap Spanish rioja. The only tolerable wine was the Saracosa from Tuscany. Next time I'll stay with the French wines!

Well I was quite disappointed by experience …
Well I was quite disappointed by the late arrival of my order. I ordered it and was to receive it in time for my anniversary only it's delivery date was off. As well I wasted my sunny Saturday morning waiting for delivery and in Michigan we have very few sunny winter days. When we did receive our wine one of the bottles was broken due to poor shipping packaging and since discovered 2 additional cracked bottles one of which when I pulled it up from the case the bottom fell off making a big mess of the kitchen. Thankfully not on the living room area rug so that's 3 bottles of the case in the refuse.
