Don’t trust the marketing for the stainless steel tumblers! Was promised them as a free gift and then I got stemless wine glasses like they do in every single other box… When I called they said they were short on supply that’s why I didn’t get any the next day I get an email still offering them as a free gift! What a slap in the face and terrible marketing

Didn’t ship what I ordered. Tried to reach out for help and was told twice it’s what I ordered. Didn’t include promotional gift that was in the cart at checkout.

Not the wines I order

The lady representative that called me about the wine lied to me. I think she just wanted her sale. It’s unfortunate that she had to lie to me. I specifically said I did not want my wine delivery until after Saturday, Dec. 28 or Sunday, Dec. 29 because I was out of state for Christmas week. She assured me that my package will arrive after these dates. I asked her multiple times and made sure she understood this and she was certain that I would receive my wine shipment after I was back from my trip. I asked for a later shipping date because someone had to sign for the wine and I wasn’t going to be home. When I got home, there were 3 shipment notices on my front door from FedEx. I had to rearrange having FedEx to hold my package for me. It was such an inconvenience for me as it was hard for me to reach a FedEx Rep over the phone when I called so many times at the local FedEx store by my home. I called FedEx so many times and I kept receiving their recording. I was finally able to pick up the wine yesterday, Dec. 31. FedEx Reps cannot carry the wine into my car for me either and the box is heavy. Again such an inconvenience! I DO NOT want to purchase wine from Omaha Steaks again and I would NEVER recommend you guys to anybody either from the bad service!! I don’t appreciate being LIED to either!

I contacted them on the 10th when I saw the voucher I used wasnt honored. I got nothing but BS from customer service. They had time to correct it but did nothing. I told them to cancle the order several times, they did not. Finally on the 19th they said they could not cancle because it had already shipped. You had from the 10th to fix or cancle but did nothing. I recieved the wine and have opened 2 bottles they are both not to my liking. Fixing to request a refund for my money

Wrong number of bottles and no bonus bottles or glasses.

Received a case of half size bottles. Didn't know they even made them. Never again

I have been a long time more than satisfied customer of the Omaha steak company. I joined the Omaha steak wine company on an offer of $99 for a case of wine and free shipping for a year on all orders with a subscription case coming every 12 weeks for $199.99. The first case arrived in nine weeks and they charged me $20 for shipping and the company gave me absolutely no advance notice like they say on the offer. The offer said you will receive an email 10 days in advance notifying you of your selection if you choose to keep or delay or cancel this order. It showed up at my doorstep unannounced. I sent it back. It took six weeks to get credit after they charged my credit card upon a long dispute. Then they canceled my free shipping after that it went downhill from there. No comment on the wine at this time
