I was nervous buying from Oluolin since reading the other reviews but I got all the sweaters I ordered with a buy one get one free for each. They all look like the pictures on the website (very cute!). They feel very soft and nice but they will shrink in the wash so be careful not to use warm water or dry them on warm (I bought oversized ones so luckily they didn’t shrink much). Delivery is not fast like Amazon but also not so slow that I was worried they weren’t coming. I love my new sweaters and have been wearing them a ton. Would recommend to my friends with the great deal they have now and how cute they are!

A scam business! I ordered 2 sweaters and they never came. I couldn't get a refund through Oluolin so I had to talk to my bank about getting it. It was a huge disappointment because I was looking forward to the sweaters.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I took a risk and regret it so much, I ordered a cute sweater, never arrived. there's no customer support at all, no one helpful. All of their social media is unresponsive, do not buy from here!

Joined Trustpilot just to say DO NOT BUY FROM Oluolin.com. Ordered two pairs of shoes eight weeks ago and after numerous emails back and forth, I still have no shoes and no refund. Having to go through my bank to try to get a refund!! First and last time I’ll be buying from this company. Absolute scammers.
