I’m sure the quality of the product is good but thats because it is a website for dropshipping! This means that the website doesn’t sell you products made by them, they sell other people’s products for a marked up price. With this in mind, if your order gets lost then there’s no customer service help because we aren’t their customer. Bad website, bad company.

Great! I was super worried about my order after reading some reviews and reviews for the transport company. Ive been proven wrong. I ordered two jumpers and the order was accepted/processed November 21st. I received them today December 1st. They're both excellent quality. Warm and wooly. I'd definitely order again. Glad I didn't cancel my order xx

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the products and the level of service provided. From start to finish, my experience with this shop was top-notch. I would highly recommend this online sweater shop to anyone looking for high-quality, stylish sweaters. The selection is outstanding, the shipping is fast, and the customer service is exceptional.

Overall, not really a scam. They do deliver your sweaters and they are just as pictured. Shipping wasn't too bad, took about 3 weeks to ship. The only downside is that if anything goes wrong along the way, customer service is nonexistent, and you will barely get a response from support. And that could be really annoying if you have any questions about your order. I bought 2 sweaters with the BOGO, however, I later noticed only one got purchased and I reached out, after getting one response they were Thanos snapped out of the earth.

Scam company, will not deliver you a product and unresponsive and useless AI support. It’s what you get when you order from some trashy manufacturer in China.

Bought 4 sweaters, paid for 2 of them with the buy one get one free discount. They arrived slow but they are here, they feel nice but I haven't washed them yet to know if they would shrink, but they do look like the picture, the only thing is that they are small, not the sizes you would expect when buying an H&M sweater, for example, I’m tall and chunky and I wear XL couse I like my sweaters baggy, but these XL are like H&m’s L so won’t be able to wear them as I don’t like how they fit me but that’s my fault, should’ve been inspired enough to buy XXL:).
