I purchased some solar lights (string bulbs) for my garden and I have been very impressed. They look really pretty, give off a lovely soft glow round my seating area and generally elevate the area. I contacted customer support and their customer service was also excellent. 10/10

On installing our Ollny solar lights, I had an issue with the solar panel. On emailing the customer service desk, I received a prompt response with help and advice. When this didn't work the panel was replaced and received within 2 days. Not only is the product 5 stars, but the Customer Service is too!!

I only ever buy Ollny lights for external projects now. They are of excellent quality and last very well. A set purchased last year developed a slight issue and even 6 months into the 12 month warranty, they have been replaced. Excellent quality, excellent service.

I purchased christmas lights - which were excellent quality and value for money. After a few months the "off" button in the controller stopped working - the customer support was excellent and within a few days i had a brand new remote. Excellent support!

My lights stopped working, and this company has a 1 year warranty on them and they honored it with no hassle. They replaced my lights within a week. This company is awesome and appreciates the people who purchase their products.

We had a problem with the remote of an outdoor-lightning-chain. We contacted the Ollny-Service and got immediate answer and a replacement! Problems can happen, decisive is how they are solved. And Ollny did a perfect job!
