Had a set of lights stopped working emailed the company they replied promptly and a new set was sent out not installed them yet but hopefully they are ok

I recently had to email Ollny regarding some solar lights I had bought from Amazon that weren’t working properly I cannot fault them I sent them photographic proof of my problem They immediately despatched a replacement set of lights Communication has been excellent And a spec thank you to Jessica and Amy

Excellent product and exceptional after sales service

Purchased a set of solar string lights. Nice ambient light that lasts into the early hours (spring). Had a few bulbs fail after a couple of months so contacted them to order replacement bulbs. They were Very responsive and efficient, I ended up with a replacement set. Good product, excellent customer service.

Contacted company to find spare bulbs that work and as it was just under 12 months since I bought them, they were under warranty. Ollny sent a full 10ft set of lights so have 17 replacement bulbs ! Arrived in 2 days. Brilliant communication and customer service

Great Value Product & Great Customer Service Water got into the solar unit, probably through the USB port. We have had a lot of heavy rain over winter. Anyway the item was replaced by Ollny promptly and efficiently. A complete unit including lights was sent.
