Sadly, the string lights failed 8 months after buying. Ollny replaced them hassle free within a few days! Fantastic company to deal with.

The Ollny Solar lights are great value for money. Unfortunately the set I bought had developed a fault. After reporting, the customer care team very quickly got in touch and solved the problem by sending a replacement set (complete) within 5 business days. Very impressive. I will be back for sure ! Thank you Team Ollny !!

Item of string lights is lovely. The battery unit failed after about a week though. Contacted the company directly and Jessica and Amy showed perfect customer service. Sending me a replacement within days.

Toller Kundenservice. Trotz abgelaufener Garantie, hab ich einen Ersatz für mein Artikel bekommen. Auch kamen immer schnelle und freundliche Antworten vom Kundenservice. Gerne kaufe ich dort wieder!

The original lights stopped working after about one year. I contacted Ollny support and received a very friendly and professional response. They helped quickly, arranged a replacement without any hassle, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. The replacement arrived and works perfectly. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience.
