I had a problem with some of the lights and they were very helpful would have no problem buying from them again

My string of brights was broken after one month and I has contacted the support if they can help me. The Support was really comfortable and really wants to help me. They sent another one to my address. 10/10 Support and really nice Thank you!

I recently bought two sets of lights which we love very stylish, However we had a slight issue with one set , I contacted Customer Support and they were very helpful and sent us a new set out straight away . I'd definitely recommend Ollny to Friends and Family

Bought 3 sets of string lights for the garden. 2 were fine but the third had section in the middle which did not work. Contacted customer support and they responded quickly offering to replace the lights, which they did quickly and followed up to check the replacements had been received and worked as expected. Great service. Would use them again without question.

I bought a set of string lights in October 2025. In June 2026 they stopped working. Once I made contact, they responded quickly with troubleshooting ideas. When that didn’t work there was no hesitation to replace them, honoring the one year warranty. There was constant contact from troubleshooting to delivery and even making sure the replacement was to my satisfaction. Would definitely purchase from Ollny again!

Ordered 40m solar panel fairy lights, worked perfectly for a few weeks and then developed fault. Customer Support (Amy) replied to my email within several hours and arranged replacement, at no cost or hassle to myself, which arrived within 2 days. Outstanding customer service and great product too.
