I purchased garden lights almost 1 year ago but they stopped working. I emailed their customer service department and they were brilliant. The lights were replaced with no quibble and arrived within 2 days. Great customer service and constant contact to let me know exactly what was happening. I'd have no hesitation in using Ollny again

Top notch customer service! I placed an order with them and when I opened the box, the manual was for the string of lights I ordered but the string of lights was a completely different string. I reached out and - no hassle - they sent out the correct string and I had them within the week. They were very cordial through the entire process and very communicative.

Bought 6 sets of these lovely lights for the trees in my garden. 1 set was faulty as did not have all the light combinations listed. Cannot fault the customer service at Ollny...speedy response and resolution. Lights are very pretty but would suggest a soft twinkle would be good for this product's future light option consideration....

Great experience, had an issue with the solar panel, got replaced by new set straight away. Thank you. Great product as well got a few, of the products and they are fantastic.... Staff was quick and polite via email quick response too...
