I purchased 2 sets of lights from Ollny for Christmas. I was very happy with how beautiful they were. There was a very slight issue with the remotes and instead of asking me to do a bunch of tests and film the tests and then send the video back to them, they made it EXTREMELY simple...they simply said, "Don't worry about it - we'll be happy to send you 2 new sets of lights at NO CHARGE." Which they immediately did! And they didn't even ask me to return the original lights.The 2 new replacement for the lights I originally ordered arrived 3 days later (again, at no cost to me) and worked perfectly. I have told others about my great experience with the helpful and knowledgeable Support Team and the excellent quality of the product! We bought some Xmas tree lights from Ollny but the timer was defective. However, as soon as I contacted them I recharged reply and a replacement timer was sent. All working well and we love the lights. Many thanks.

Ordered 2x60m and a curtain of fairy lights. One of the two 60m chains flickered. I got in touch with the support team. They helped me look for the problem, found the fault and sent me the replacement part as quickly as possible. Super support and the fairy lights also look very good. I can only recommend them.

Bought a set of lights from this company, as a returning customer. The lights are fab, but we couldn't get the remote to work. I emailed in, and was answered the same day. They said they would send a replacement. Within a week a whole new set of lights arrived. I was emailed every step of the way to update me. Great customer service, and great products. I would highly recommend this company. I rarely write reviews, and they are usually negative to warn people off. But I thought this company deserve a genuine review. I will definitely be buying all my lights from them in future.
