Unfourtunately our lights did not function any more after a few months of Isabel. After a short Mail sent to Ollny I received an immediate response and their offer to replace the lights. One week later we received the replacement. May thanks to Amy from Ollny Customer Service - Great Job! Thanks again :)

The first set of lights unfortunately did not work fully but the company were brilliant. They answered my email immediately and and a new box turned up within 3 days. They are up and so far work perfectly and more importantly look fantastic. The 8 different settings of the led lights and the ease to the remote control set this apart from the run of the mill standard garden solar lights.

Only ever had a positive experience with Ollny prods. Latest set of lights had a technical hiccup but this was resolved NQA, and I had a replacement within a week. Lifetime customer

The first set of lights I got didn’t work. Seller sent me a replacement and it got to me in less than a week. They work great and I’m overall very happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service! I received a broken set of lights (working but with a couple of the plastic globes detached) and there was no hesitation in immediately sending a replacement set. There was really friendly communication throughout. New lights arrived really quickly and are looking great in the garden.
