I just received my first (of, hopefully, several) suits from Oliver Wicks. I can't say enough good things about the tailoring, suit and lining fabric, attention to detail, available options, pricing, and customer service. In all my years of retail purchasing, this is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. And do I love my new suit or what! Oliver Wicks staff are the gold standard. Buying a suit online, I initially had hesitation. I have a body type that absolutely needs tailoring. While Oliver Wicks has a tailoring service they offer where they refund the cost of your tailoring, I was blown away by the support I received when my suit was made too small and untailorable. I was offered a brand new suit, free of charge, and their team was with me every step of the way. A special shoutout to Mimi, who communicated thoroughly and promptly every step of the way. Her effort deserves a review of its own. As for the suit itself, great quality, great fit, cant complain at all. I got compliments on mine right away and I highly recommend. They also save your measurements in their system for future orders.
