I LOVE your concept! I am yearning to purchase a medium-hued blue Sea Cell sweater but they are not available... the only reason for a three star rating! 😵💫 I see ads every day and even requested a special order. If there is a wait list, please put me on it, as you've already sold one! 🐞❤️

Had some difficulty navigating through their UI. Mistakenly ordered twice (2 sweaters X 2). Unable to correct the error. Received the sweaters about a week between the two orders even though placed the same day. Well made and super soft. BUT, the XL Size reminded me of an offshore fitting; too tight in the arms and chest. I’m hesitant to order the same sweaters in an XXL size just because of the UI difficulties. And, I’m not sure I want to go through the hassle of attempting to return these 4 sweaters (again my frustration with the UI). These are pricey but look and feel worth the $$ outlay. So, I’m planning on gifting them to friends that fit the sizing profile (they should be pleased with the light weight and quality). And, I’m not sure about a reorder for myself in the larger XXL size.

Softness claim not true. Alpaca is softer and more comfortable.
