I got my first sweater from Oliver Charles and fell in love! I also bought a cardigan and wear it constantly! The socks are even a dream. I have gone on to order some T-shirts and some summer sweaters so I will let you know how those go. If you can buy nothing else, at least buy the waffle knit sweater!

Oh my goodness! You guys are not kidding!! I bought 2. A lavender quarter zip which I found a bit scratchy and a navy scooped neck!! The navy one I wore for a week straight! Friday night out of scrubs from work then shower then what would become my new scrumptious go to navy sweater! Saturday all day then dinner with friends. Sunday church. Monday-Friday after work scrubs and shower back to my new navy buddy! Each night I wore it to bed too. It is getting chilly here and I didn’t want to turn on the heat!!! Comfortable without being hot, cozy like a warm hug, no wrinkles. It never looked slept in. Always classy and polished! Thank you for making me a believer! Cindy

I bought a lovely man's All-Season Quarter Zip in large, but it was a bit snug. I initiated a return and dropped it off at USPS on Saturday. The following Friday, my new XL arrived and was perfect. Quick transaction with max satisfaction. Great customer service, and the sweater is amazing.

Really enjoying this Oliver Charles sweater - it's cute and holds up well to wear. Also, love that it's made with natural fibers.

After being happy with my first purchase of an all winter, 100% yak wool sweater, I later bought their 100% yak wool winter hoody and an all season waffle sweater (75% merino, 25% yak). All three are comfortable, all three look good, and all three have and so far hold their shape. I mention the shape holding as before these purchases, I had bought some Alpalca sweaters made from high end Alpaca wool, and they basically have no shape. They just hang listlessly off of me like they were draped over. They are comfortable, though not quite as warm as my Oliver Charles purchases. If I were doing it all over, I would not have bought the Alpaca ones and gone straight to Oliver Charles sweaters. I have the navy blue colors, which I really like. I have not had an issues with customer service, and have found that they respond reasonably promptly.

I bought these socks because I am curious to try yak wool items, having heard that they are very comfortable. I must say that these socks are the MOST comfortable sock I have EVER worn! I know this sounds dramatic, but I have collection of merino, alpaca, cotton and synthetic socks and nothing compares to these socks as far as softness, breathability and cushioning. They are simply wonderful. I am a nurse and I wear them on my shifts, walking and standing on hard floors all day. I am also planning on doing my fall and winter hiking and camping in them even though I know that is not their focus and I know this may affect their durability as they are not marketed for these activities. But I cannot imagine that they will not give great satisfaction no matter how their durability stands up. I am certainly going to have several pairs of these socks in my collection. I recommend you do the same!

I just received my sweater and am in love! Comfy, classic and everything I'd hoped. When I ordered this sweater, I think I must have messed up the order and mistakingly purchased an XS ( not in this lifetime girl!) I did catch my mistake when checking tracking on my order. I emailed Customer support, and even though my sweater was in production already, they made it right and shipped me my correct size (L) I didn't even need to hassel with return and reordering. Customer service and quality are off the charts- HIGHLY recommend!

I ordered a sweater on 8-6-2026 (order # 26161); was charged the full amount on 8-7-2026 and never received the sweater. Last email I got from them said the order was on the way on 8-13-2026. I have not received it and they have not responded to my inquiries. There is no customer service phone number.
