Hello Kent, Not sure what you mean by it broke into 2 pieces, but if you haven't already you should reach out via email or chat form on our website to get some replacements as your stock has a 1 year warranty. First I was sent the wrong one and had to pay for shipping again on the second one and it didn’t even come with the correct attachment for my VR in which the person who was supposed to “help me” told me tuff luck I will have to buy another one. I received the correct things only to discover it’s completely impractical to use on most VR games

Here's an overview of over 30 emails sent between us: 1. You purchased the Index LoPRO which is compatible with the Valve index headset. 2. You didn't read the extended fulfillment notifications we placed at the top of every single product page as well as the cart page. 3. You wanted free 2nd day air shipping for your not noticing the extended fulfillment; we offered to refund the shipping and downgrade to free ground shipping which you declined. 4. You received the wrong order (completely our mistake) and we provided you a return label for the wrong order and shipped out your correct package with 2nd day air. 5. You received what you originally purchased but needed it for the Quest 2 (a mistake on your part which we worked to solve) 6. We shipped you the parts you meant to order, and asked you to pay the $8 shipping (we didn't charge you anything for the new parts). 7. March of 2023 was the last time we spoke and you seemed pleased after you received your parts. Never once did we ever tell you "tough luck" or make you buy another part, as we wanted to show you appreciation for your business by offering the parts to replace the ones you mistakenly purchased. The LoPRO is very practical for games with gunstock calibrators, this is emphasized on the actual stock page. For anyone reading this, please read the details of our stocks we provide on the page. We want you to make an informed decision on your purchase and read what we add to the site to help you make the right choice. Domiano seemed to not do so as there were multiple things we had to notify him of and pay (out of our pocket) to help him after he spent his money. If you do purchase from us and don't feel like your stock is working properly you have a 15 day period to return for a refund, or you can always email us "[email protected]" or fill out a form on our support page. We want to help you as much as possible.

Horible customer service. No phone number to talk directly to anyone. I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and still no email, no tracking number. Would highly suggest going elsewhere with better customer service.

Direct email ([email protected]) We placed notifications at the top of every single product page, including the cart page indicating we currently have a 2 to 3 week fulfillment time due to extremely high demand. Sounds like you might have missed it, but if you needed help you can always use one or all of the 3 ways we have available to get support which we're always ready to help.

Ordered my package in late June and it wasn’t shipped until early August. It was sent back to their warehouse. I tried emailing them they haven’t responded. I went onto the chat support and they haven’t responded. It’s been three days

The worst company I’ve ever done business with. They just didn’t send my son his stock for two months with no communication. I finally sent them an email asking about my order, the next day they replied with a tracking number and nothing else. I asked for an apology and maybe an explanation and have been ignored. Horrible customer service.

Placed order on July 7th for an all black gunstock. The website said 2 to 4 weeks lead time. On August 16th I sent an email about my order. Said if it was not ready to just go ahead and refund my money. The next day I received an email saying that it had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. As of today the 23rd the tracking number just shows the label has been created but the gun stock still has not been received by the shipping company. This is very dishonest and ridiculous that an all black gun stock has taken this long. They did not wait till shipping to deduct my money from my account.so as of today(day 51) I still don’t have a product that I paid for on day one shipped to me. Avoid this company at all costs.

Attached is a return label to send back all items and pieces of your order. (Keep in mind if there are missing or damaged parts in your return we will be charging damaged/missing items fees) It has been an absolute displeasure to work with you and maybe one day you'll grow and understand how to conduct business with others properly. We completely stand by what we said. You are the only person to have threatened our livelihood because you (like everyone else) were instructed to pay the return shipping. We provide a 15 day return policy and full 1 year coverage on our stocks. We sent you replacements and trash talked us from day one.
