Ordered oils. 20 days later not delivered. 30 days later requested refund They assured me I would get refund. 37 days later enquired as to whereabouts of refund and was told upon review I should just be patient and wait for my products.Reporting to CCPC and will follow by complaint to ECC-Net and I’ll file an ODR because this company needs to be investigated and the more complaints, the more likely this will happen so if anyone else experienced non compliant consumer rights treatment, I suggest you do the same.

Product nooit ontvangen en al 4 mail verzonden, echter geen reactie. Ik adviseer niemand hier te kopen. Ik zal bij de consumentenbond straks ook aangifte doen !

This raises further concerns about how this business operates and how transactions are handled behind the scenes. At this point, the combination of: incorrect goods delivered, refusal to provide a proper refund, lack of transparency regarding the payment entity, and continued marketing during an active dispute does not inspire confidence. If you are experiencing a similar situation, I strongly recommend contacting your bank, reporting the transaction to Stripe, and filing complaints with relevant authorities rather than engaging further with the seller.

Rücksendung muss selbst bezahlt werden. Es gibt nur einen Gutschein für andere Öle, kein Geld zurück. Wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal. Lebensmittelüberwachungsamt ist eingeschaltet, Strafanzeige folgt.
