ARNAQUE !!! Toutes les huiles sont identiques, couleur odeur viscosité. Je n'ai jamais vu une huile d'avocat et de coco soit disant biologiques et de pression à froid jaune et liquide pour la coco. Je ne sais pas ce que contient réellement les bouteilles que j'ai reçu. Pas de remboursement évidement Je ne comprends pas que Google n'interdise pas ce site d'opéré après tous les avis de fraudes

Ordered from Oleaia and the bottles showed up in four days with no leaks and good padding in the box. Oil tastes way fresher than what i get at the grocery store so i already ordered again.

Feels like a scam! Avoid this company! Honestly, this whole experience felt like a scam. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company! I ordered 11 different essential oils for £319.02, then had to pay another £66.24 in unexpected customs fees. When the oils arrived, some had leaked all over the packaging. And the worst part? All 11 oils smelled EXACTLY the same! Barely any fragrance, just like plain vegetable oil. I genuinely couldn't tell the difference between any of them. I contacted Oleaia straight away, sent photos and asked for a refund. Their website clearly advertises a MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE and states that refunds are made to the original payment method. But guess what? They refused! Instead, they offered me a voucher to buy MORE of their products. Why on earth would I want to order from them again?! I sent multiple emails quoting their own refund policy, but they kept refusing, eventually claiming they had a "current internal policy" that prevented refunds. So basically, what's written on their website means nothing when you actually ask for your money back! In the end, I had to open a dispute through my bank and thankfully I got my money back through my bank, NOT Oleaia. What an absolute waste of time, money and energy. I only ordered because their website looked trustworthy and they promised a money-back guarantee. Please don't be fooled by their professional-looking website and refund promises. My experience was awful, and I wouldn't trust this company again.

I have purchased 7 different bottle of oil 5 litre and 1 litre. The oil in all different bottles prickly, cocoa, onion, jojoba, coconat, safflower, ylang ylang is the same and no fragrance. This is pure froud.

Il primo ordine fatto alcuni mesi fa era andato bene arrivato nei tempi previsti ok finqui tutto bene, giorni fa ho ordinato lo stesso prodotto mi riferisco al olio di cartamo ma mi e arrivato un altro olio questo non e assolutamente lo stesso prodotto che ho già ordinato una volta in precedenza ovviamente non ricomprerò, ah e vorrei almeno sapere che olio e perché almeno so cosa metto sulla pelle delle persone non che anche sulla pelle mia!

Prodotti ottimi, spedizione veloce. Acquisterò nuovamente!

1 ster is nog te veel. Oplichting van de bovenste plank. De geleverde olie is niet de bestelde olie. Er zit in al de flessen dezelfde geurloze substantie. Krijg geen geld terug zoals de site vermeld. Site vermeld dat het 100% etherische olie verkoopt, als je de klantenservice mailt en vraagt of het juiste product 100% etherisch is dan kunnen zij dat niet garanderen! Maar adverteren er wel mee. Bewust de kopers bedriegen.
