I am extremely annoyed and disappointed with this company. I ordered four different types of oils, all with very strong scents, and should be very recognisable, garlic oil, neem oil, tea tree oil and oregano oil. Non of what I received are recognisable as what they should be. All oil is the same, with no distinguishing smell, colour, or concentration. The customer service is non existent. They failed to address any of the issues I reported. Also, it states on the home page of their website that they offer a full refund if the customer is nit entirely happy, which they don't. They offer replacement oil, or a credit note, but it's up to the customer to pay for the return which was going to cost me over €50.00. Such a scam.

No Star would be correct! I ordered tee tea oil, what I got was vegetable oil!! Careful, it’s a scam. Company doesn’t want to refund as stated (money back guarantee). Am getting legal support.

Very bad they sell fake essentials oils, what they will send you are pure cheap vegetable cooking oil

SCAM! I wish I could give 0 stars. I have ordered 5 different oils, avocado oil (smelled wrong and tasted terrible, I have let them know but i had to get rid of all 25L) also the sandelwood, jojoba, moringa, castor oil did not have any scent nor color at all, it is just sunflowerseed oil with a percentage of something added to it. i asked chatgtp and he confirmed to not trust this company. You get a refund in store credit so waste of time and money.

son unos estafadores, yo les compre aceite de sesamo y aceite de sándalo, y los dos vienen con aceite de girasol el cual no esta indicado en su pagina, ademas de esto pides devolución y lo tienes qu enviar a la republica chica pagando los portes cuando ellos son. los que han engañado y estafado, que cuesta mas que el pedido... unos ladrones, quien quiera pruebas las tengo

Daarbij voldoen ze niet aan hun eigen refund policy, proberen je een voucher aan te bieden. TIP - patriotspayments contacten en daarbij je bank inlichten voor een "reverse debit" (zorg voor de juiste stappen in communicatie en screenshots, ook van hun website/voorwaarden)

Betrug: ich habe 5 Liter Schwarzkümmelöl bestellt, das normalerweise bisschen riecht und sehr intensiv schmeckt und dunkel ist. Dieses Öl war durchsichtig und völlig ohne Geruch und Geschmack. Das ist wohl höchstens billigstes Pflanzenöl, wenn überhaupt.
