Ordered my items over a week ago and it still has not arrived.

We are sorry you haven't received your order yet, however, the carrier is stating this was delivered within 5 shipping days. 5 business days is the standard turn around time as we are located in SC and this was shipped to Washington. We've sent you a message to discuss. We appreciate you! Thanks, Old South Trading

Our pricing reflects the issues we are all facing with supply and demand due to the national shortage; it’s frustrating for us too. We offer free standard shipping and you received an additional discount through the quantity discounts we offer. Our hope is to help as many of our customers as we can during this challenging time. Is there anything we do to make this right? We appreciate you! Thanks, Old South Trading

I was very disappointed when this company sent me expired hand sanitizer I Immediately called the company and voiced my opinion. A person from the company called me back the very next day offered her apologies for the expired product and issued me a full refund.
