Bought a small can of formula that is typically 20 bucks, for 40. Not right at all. If that's your reasoning, then every store would reflect that cost because everyone is dealing with the national shortage. It's a crisis. We, as mothers, trying to feed our babies that depend on this, shouldn't have to pay more for you to make a buck depending on whatever situation it is. I'll never purchase from you again.

Our pricing reflects the issues we are all facing with supply and demand due to the national shortage; it’s frustrating for us too. We offer free standard shipping and quantity discounts and our hope is to help as many of our customers as we can during this challenging time. Is there anything we do to make this right? We appreciate you! Thanks, Old South Trading

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We received your inquiry after hours, during non-business hours and responded to your request as soon as our warehouse reopened. We did not receive a call from you after hours and are glad we could resolve your inquiry. We work really hard to take care of our customers; please know us know how we can make this right. We appreciate you! Thanks, Old South Trading
