We apologize we accidently shipped you 1 of the two boxes you ordered. However, when you alerted us of the issue, we shipped you the remaining box in your order. Instead of sending me the box of 50 kn95 masks I ordered, they sent me a cheap box of $8 face masks and charged me over $40 thinking I wouldn't notice. When I emailed they ignored me until I filed a dispute with PayPal. I gave them the option to send me the correct product but they refunded me instead (thanks!) which further leads me to believe though that they do not actually have the product they advertised.

We have millions of KN95's and have been shipping them to hospital systems, major corporations, government agencies, and businesses across the country since the pandemic started. We are also an Amazon seller. Amazon goes to great lengths to ensure sellers are pre-qualified and monitor standards and ensure genuine items are being sold by trustworthy and reliable sellers. The required criteria for the vetting and approval processes are comprehensive and detailed. We have a 4.7 (out of 5) overall Seller rating on Amazon and Trustpilot (website orders) and work hard to take care of our customers and do the right thing whenever we make an error. We can assure you this was an honest mistake and would have assisted you if you had given us the chance to do so. You reached out to us after hours and we responded to your email the following morning and asked you to provide us with your order number. You did not provide this information in the initial email you sent and we have to have this information to look at your order. We have hundreds of thousands of customers and wanted to make sure we refunded or sent a replacement to you. You filed a dispute with Paypal before you emailed us your order number. You replied to our email with your order number after hours and we responded to you the following morning when our business reopened, and let you know we had initiated your refund. We would have gladly sent you a replacement, however, we had to refund you because of the dispute you filed. We have deadlines with Paypal and have to remain in good standing with them and this was our only option. The issue was resolved within 36 hours of you reaching out and we did our best to assist you. Can you please let us know how we can make this right? Clearly, customer service is extremely important to us, given our seller ratings across all platforms. We appreciate you! We ordered 12 packages of alcohol wipes. All of them came expired. There is a sticker that shows a 2025 expiration, but underneath that sticker is has stamped info with Lot number, production date and expiration date. According to that stamp the wipes were made in 2020 and expired 6/2022

Bought a small can of formula that is typically 20 bucks, for 40. Not right at all. If that's your reasoning, then every store would reflect that cost because everyone is dealing with the national shortage. It's a crisis. We, as mothers, trying to feed our babies that depend on this, shouldn't have to pay more for you to make a buck depending on whatever situation it is. I'll never purchase from you again.
