I've only used Olaplex for 4 days, and my hair is in awful shape! I spent so much money on a product that has left residue in my hair. I have a lot of product buildup, and my hair feels dirtier after I've washed it. The only saving grace is that I bought the smallest bottles. Terrible product. Avoid!

If you're looking to find an example of some of the poorest customer service out there at rhe moment, then look no further. Olaplex is it! I bought an Olaplex clarifying shampoo from Amazon. It arrived without a lid. Yep! No lid at all! Just the little peel-off cover rhat once peeled off does not go back on. I emailed Olaplex (because Amazon assured me that this was how they were delivered from Olaplex) and guess what? They refused to send me a lid for their overpriced product, (wait for it . . .) because I hadn't bought it from them directly. You couldn't make it up! The most ridiculous part of this is that Olaplex have now asked me to get in touch. Olaplex, this is exactly what I did to start with. Hence this review!!!

Per forza di cose, il parrucchiere è stato un altro dove ho conosciuto questo prodotto.poi, per fortuna, sono ritornata agli albori e, il mio parrucchiere di sempre, non lo aveva adottato nel suo negozio, per prova negativa..e a giusta ragione! .Provate, per qualunque motivo, ad abbandonare il prodotto e, vi accorgete, che niente sarà più utile ai vostri capelli che risulteranno stopposi e ingestibili, al punto di arrivare all'inevitabile! Oggi, dopo ripetuti tagli, i miei capelli, a cui applico soltanto una laminazione al lavaggio, sono morbidi, lucidi, stupendi...come quelli di un tempo!

Olaplex je pensais avoir une marque sérieuse au final je me retrouve avec des plaque d’alopécie j’ai chercher pendant des mois pourquoi .. utilise les produits depuis novembre 2024 janvier 2025 découverte d’un trou au dessus des cheveux puis encore et encore Juillet 2025 arrêté complet de Olaplex pendant 1 mois pas de perte de cheveux .. repris août 2025 je veux qui tombe deux nouveau trou apparaisse Perte énorme de cheveux en 1 mois seulement ..

Die neue Fine Routine von Olaplex eignet sich absolut nicht für feine, strapazierte Haare. Das Ergebnis ist stumpfes, kraftloses Haar. Spart euer Geld!Kauft etwas anderes! Das Olaplex Team speist einen auch nur mit allgemeinen Antworten ab und es passiert für den Kunden nichts!

I started using Olaplex about 4 years ago. Loved it at first. Thought it was great for my bleached hair. It felt lovely and healthy. After a couple of years I noticed my hair breaking off quite a lot and losing more hair than usual so my hairdresser told me to use it less often. I used it once a fortnight but my hair was still breaking. Hairdresser told me not to use it and see if I noticed a difference. I moved onto Philip Kingsley Elasticizer and their extra moisture shampoo and conditioner. Best products I’ve ever used. Hair has stopped breaking and feels so healthy and I still have it bleached. I have been useing Philip Kingsley products for a couple of years now. Love them, they are worth every penny. I would never use Olaplex again.

Ich habe das Olaplex silbershampoo benutzt und jetzt habe ich violette Haare und es geht nicht mer aus. Ich glaube das ist genug erklärt.
