I have bleached hair and I was hoping this treatment will help it survive the breakage . But guess what my hair is worse than before and falls out a lot

Op 18mei een bestelling geplaatst via de officiele olaplex site. Echter nooit een verzendbevestiging gehad. Na 10 dagen een mail gestuurd, waar ik echter nooit antwoord op gehad heb. Op 1juni zag ik dat mijn geld terug op mijn rekening gestort was, zonder enige communicatie. Blijkbaar is het product niet leverbaar, maar zou fijn zijn als hier een mailtje over gestuurd was.

Same experience as the lady below... I’ve used the conditioner three times since I bought it 2 weeks ago, every time AWFUL. it makes my hair drier, it tangles and knots so badly that I have to pull it out by breaking the hair. Absolutely awful, I don’t recommend using this. I have dip dye hair that is in otherwise good condition when I don’t use this

After reading numerous good reviews l purchased a holiday kit from oplex website it was the worst experience from a hair product ever! lm growing out my grey hair so it's half grey half dyed l e-mailed and asked if it was good for grey they said yes!! After using no 3 4 and 5 the grey hair which was the healthiest hair on my head is now a frizzy mess and is breaking off close to my scalp nothing l put on it helps now I'm beyond upset l took me a year to grow this much grey hair. the bad reviews must be hidden there's no way I'm the only one this has happened too 😭 buyer beware

I used Olaplex for the first time 9 days ago and had a lot more than usual hair loss afterwards and made my hair feel not as nice but assumed coincidence. I have just tried it again and two fistfuls of hair came out in the bath. I am understandably devastated. I have found lots of other stories online telling a similar story. I contacted Olaplex directly and had a live chat where I was not even offered a refund or apology just referred to a legal page and suggested to go to a medical professional. Beyond disgusting.

I purchased Olaplex 3 from a reputable website so what I bought should be genuine. If it isn't fake, I don't understand the hype it didn't make my damaged hair any better (my hair is not bleached by the way), I think it made it worse. I used it a couple of times and I have discontinued use. What is upsetting is that Olaplex is not cheap and I expected much better. Also I really did not like the bonding oil to me it has a sort of soap consistency and I only used that once, not happy with that products at all. I have decided to try out a rival brand and see if there is any difference.

Jeg købte olaplex no3 i dyre domme ved frisøren. Mit hår har aldrig været så tørt og kedeligt som nu. Fik afvide at olaplex var det eneste middel der kunne hjælpe ødelagt hår men tvært i mod, er det kun blevet værre med tiden. Olaplexen har på ingen måde hjulpet det! Så dårligt et produkt, til en sindsyg høj pris, man får slet ikke hvad man betaler for, dumme penge at bruge på det. Køber det aldrig igen. Har prøvet at give det en chance på 3 md men kun skuffelse er der kommet ud af det.
