Ive used olaplex before, results were kinda minimal or just not impressive enough for the price but with the black friday sales I thought id get a more extensive range and try them again. Unfortunately the 1-4 working day shipping timeframes aren't even remotely their intention. After 4 working days I emailed them letting them know nothing has arrived. They just told me its still being processed, nothing else. No apology. No timeframe. No tracking info. Nothing. After missing their 1-4 day timeframe I would have expected a response that at the very least acknowledged their error. So its been a week now and as far as I can tell they have no intentions of sending my order as of yet and dont feel compelled to explain what is going on despite my email. I find the company to be unreliable and unprofessional.

Awful company. Last time I ordered I didn’t receive the goods as they were suspended by delivery company for having possible dangerous goods. Thought I’d try again and the same thing happened. Customer service must be aware of this, but are doing nothing. Will go to bank to try to get money back.. I’ll never use this company again!

I wish I should read all reviews before to buy this product. I’ve used fews other expensive hair products and recently had my blonde treatment done so looking for something High end brand to treat my hair after damage bleach treatment. So I decided to tried Olapplex number 4 & 5 in big size paid over £80 and now I so regret about that. The shampoo & condition so dry, didn’t give my hair any more hydrated, nothing changed. Waste of money. Other cheaper brand sell in Boots or Super drug work better and much cheaper. Not recommend this brand

First time user, received facial burns from the no. 0 spray. My face was on fire and visibly suffering from burns. The company did not even respond to my emails, only to say that they had received them and would get back to me. I have since sent three further emails and not been given a response. I am deeply unsatisfied.

Started to use this shampoo and conditioner as wanted something nice for my hair even tho my hair was in perfect condition before used but since using it my hair is falling out rapidly and gets really greasy quick I definitely I would not recommend this shampoo and conditioner

Ho acquistato questo kit per dare ai miei capelli, un po’ spenti e indeboliti, un nutrimento ed ottenere un aspetto più sano. Ho applicato la maschera N.3 e lasciato agire per mezz’ora, utilizzato lo shampoo N.4 e il conditioner N.5. Risultato i miei capelli sono diventati gretti e stopposi con un orribile effetto paglia sulle punte. Ho quindi messo le gocce N.7 sperando che almeno quelle li avrebbero ammorbiti e resi meno increspati ma purtroppo così non è stato. Non consiglio l’acquisto di questi prodotti perché per me sono stati soldi buttati.

Toujours dans l'attente du remboursement de total de ma commande du 30 aout... Annulation demandée avant le traitement de la commande. Celle ci ayant été expédié malgré ma demande, il a été convenu avec leurs services que je la refuse et en soit remboursée intégralement. Je n'ai toujours pas le moindre centime ni quoi que ce soit venant d'olaplex. Je vais surement engager des poursuites contre eux A fuir
