I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 2 months on bleached hair…. My hair is not damaged but I thought I’d try this as everyone seems to love it. But I’ve noticed my hair has been falling out alot like ALOT. Nervous brushing my hair. So I made an appointment at the drs for a blood test came back fine. So I can only think this is causing a problem. Also it made my scalp itchy and flakey and I agree with the reviews about it makes your hair kind of rubbery aswell. Oh welllll. Stick to redken.

I paid £300 for the complete package of Olaplex. I had absolutely nothing wrong with my hair before using this product. My hair was down past my collarbones. It is now snapped and brittle. When you hold it out you can see different breakage points, including roots. My hair has almost completely snapped to under 2 inches on my right side, and patches everywhere. I've been Hairdressing for 33 years and used to use 60% vol peroxide on my hair in the 80s, and that never damaged my hair like olaplex has.

Jeg bruger kun Olaplex hårprodukter. Nu har jeg købt den nye Olaplex No. 4P Blonde enhancer toning shampoo. Og jeg er vildt skuffet. Den efterlader desværre, et blå/grønt skær, der hvor mit hår er lysest. Jeg har prøvet silvershampoo, til under halvdelen af den pris, som den Olaplex shampoo koster, som var langt bedre. Ingen anbefaling herfra. 👎🏻

They ship the wrong stuff and will not correct problem.

This smells like you went to a very cheap hotel and used their complimentary bottle of shampoo. Also, it's succeeded in making my fine hair both dry at the ends and greasy at the roots. I've given it a chance, but it's time to switch shampoos.

I have bleached my hair for over 10 years, so decided to treat my hair better. So I went to Olaplex. BIGGEST mistake her . My hair was soo dry and my ends had broken off. It was like straw. Avoid buying this product

I’ve never coloured my hair. It is usually fine and silky. I bought the hair oil, olaplex 3 and shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo lathers well and you don’t need much. However these products have left my hair frizzy, static and unruly and dry! I’ve used it more than once and no improvement. Basically very expensive (fine if it was positive) and not suiting my hair… I look like a mad scientist now!

I made a $117.00 order on august 10th. I was notified by olaplex that my order also shipped on that day. I followed the tracking link they provided as my package traveled from the U.S. through Germany to Finland where I live. The info indicated that it had arrived in my country. I waited and waited but no notice of when it would be delivered. In the mean time I received review requests for each product which I hadn’t yet received. I wrote repeatedly to say I had not received my package but they repeatedly requested feedback on items I never received. September 1st I received a notice from them saying that my order was in PROCESSING and that they were WAITING FOR ITEMS TO FILL MY ORDER. Six minutes later I told them that I’d like them to CANCEL MY ORDER AND REIMBURSE ME. They haven’t responded to my request although I’ve asked them to confirm my cancellation. How did they pull-off a very detailed tracking documentation for the transit of my package when it never left their facilities?? Their online sales business is questionable in the least. perhaps their product is good. I suggest you only buy it from a brick and mortar establishment.
