ZERO STARS!!!! ***DO NOT USE** Olaplex products are not for everyone!!! This product caused sores, itching, severe hair loss, and severe breakage of any hair that was left. I followed the directions TO THE TEE WITH A TIMER!!!

Håret mitt har aldri vært så tørt og ødelagt som etter å ha brukt Olaplex. Fargen er blass og håret brekker bare jeg tar i det. Jeg trodde først jeg hadde fått et fake produkt, men etter å ha fått verifisert autentisering, kom jeg over hundrevis av meldinger fra folk som har opplevd det samme. Jeg er overrasket over at ingen tar tak i dette og at så mange skylder på forbrukeren. Styr unna!

I had a salon treatment as advised with 1 & 2 when having my hair coloured . My hair seemed good and I was pleased with the result . I then purchased the whole Olaplex selection legitimately and followed the instructions , never tempted to overuse ( although Olaplex states you can't overuse product & it can't damage hair ) . I used twice weekly alternating products. This was deemed to be a wonder product by professionals and many you tubers . I did my research ensuring I applied and used correctly . My hair before was in ok condition . Shoulder length medium hair and now it is straw like , brittle at the ends . Weird flyaway frizzy broken hairs . My hair appears burnt , colour has lifted and no longer glossy . It tangles easily especially at the ends. I will try to upload some pictures . The one of my hair up was taken a week before I started using this product ( no option to upload pic ) . I will throw away this vile expense product as wouldn't give it away . I have joined a fb group and shocked to see how many other people are experiencing same problems and worse !

I was using Olaplex6 and I noticed my long curly hair was dry and getting knotted up, which never happened before. I only wash my hair once every four days so I wasn't using it too often, and I shudder to think if I had, but I stopped. I could barely get a comb through my hair, I deep conditioned it and used Argon oil, and my hair recovered but I lost a lot from breakage. I would like to warn anyone to not use this product.

I am at a loss for words? I noticed that my curly hair texture was lacking definition. I don’t heat style, I wash and wet dry. Let me just say that I am a licensed cosmetologist ( over 15 years in the business of doing hair. I know the curly hair method doesn’t work for all. My hair does better with less product. I applied Olaplex #1 and #3 (20 minutes total.)Followed up with #1 and #5.I purchased theses products from Cosmoprof Supply store for licensed professionals. I have never experienced hair webbing? Now I can’t seem to repair it? I am experiencing hair loss and my scalp is sore. As I sit here writing this review with sadness and a heavy headache. My hair was my calling card. I do color my hair ( roots only, to cover gray) This product has ruined my hair.

DO NOT USE, IT WILL MAKE YOUR HAIR BREAK OFF! I literally wrung my wet hair out in the shower and a whole inch of hair in length broke off in my fingers! I know its the Olaplex#6 because I was only using it on my ends and this is where the hair broke off. Also my hair has been extremely dry since I have been using olaplex. I am 41 years old, I have used all types of shampoos cheap and expensive, I have been heat styling my hair for the past 20 years, and have dyed my hair with color and highlights and NEVER EVER in all my entire life did my hair break off like this only until after using olaplex #6 on the ends of my hair for only four months. There's something in this product that actually destroys your hair shaft. I saw that Olaplex is already banned in Europe, they need to be banned worldwide.

Heb fijn haar met weinig volume. Door de goede reviews Olaplex gaan gebruiken als herstelbehandeling bij de kapper omdat ik het ook kleur. De kapper adviseerde mij nr. 3 voor thuisgebruik. Enkele keren gebruikt en mijn haar breekt en is nog nooit zo slap geweest. Nu dus nog minder volume. Ik begrijp niets van al die goede reviews..Nooit meer Olaplex voor mij!

I begin using olaplex zero along with number three with such high hopes because my hair was dry and broken from some spill over of demi hair coloring (I only do my roots). The first week I saw a wonderful change it calmed down my hair it smoothed the cuticles and then it happened "my hair started falling out a lot" in the shower and all my hair became thrashed, dried out frizzed and broken. My hair was now worse much worse than it was before I ever used olaplex. Soon after I was at my hairdressers and she said what have you done to your hair I told her about olaplex she said that the instructions that come with it are not detailed and that you should in fact not use it very often but only hairdressers know that and since I bought it at Sephora nobody was trained. My hairdresser said you cannot keep putting it on because it will cause a problem such as what was happening to me. Best of luck to the rest of you I hope you don't lose in my hair that I've lost now.
