Just threw out all my products. My hair is so dry and coarse. Not worth the money I spent so I just went back to my basic product for 1/2 the price. Seeing all these complaints I don’t know how or why someone is not investigating this product.

Olaplex ruined my hair! When i started to use it made my hair softer..and it felt like is good for my hair..but after a few months my hair started to get more damaged and to break. Lost about 5 inches. And now i am losing a lot of hair. I started with no 3 once a week then added no 4,6,8 and 0.

Worse product ever. I have bald spots or strands are broken all over. It doesn't matter when i cut my hair because when i get a trim all the strands are broken in different spots. Had every possible blood test to verify it wasn't it that. Got all my money back from Olaplex (which was a small fortune) but that doesn't help my mental health. Spent yesterday just crying all morning. Nice way to start the New Year.

Worst thing I've ever used on my hair, spent an absolute fortune on the full range, my hair never felt any different at the start but as time went on, my hair started to break and fall out, i stopped using it after a few months and now my hair is so fine, thin, frizzy and completely unmanageable. I'm devastated at how much I spent and how I've ruined my hair. Do not believe the hype and avoid this product.

I have just paid 56 pounds for a small shampoo and conditioner from my hair dressers and have had an awful allergic reaction to it . It is said to be free from any nasties but there must be something bad in this as I have hives all over my head, face and neck and have a pounding headache. I will be returning to the hairdressers and requesting a refund.

I didn’t even get the product. Ordered it told it shipped and never got it. Emailed them three times and no response. Crooks. Update. January 5 and still no product and no response

I have been using olaplex and my hair is falling out im devastated $300 for the set only to lose my hair. I have joined a fb group about olaplex and hair loss it's devastating to see thousands of people going through this to. The company needs to fix our loss this sucks so bad. I have gone from thick hair to not even being able to make a pony tail shame on you for doing this to me and everyone else. Supply us with hair extensions or treatment to fix our hair
