I’m giving this product two stars as it didn’t work for me. I have also experienced burning, itching and scabbing on my scalp so some of these ingredients are clearly too harsh for my skin. I had heard good reviews so thought I would try on the back of this and I’m sure it does work for a lot of people, however I know now natural and/or keratin based products work best for me.

Started to use olaplex and it repaired my bleached hair but my hair started to thin. I used olaplex for 8 months but never thought my hair loss was due to olaplex considering how expensive it is and how it is meant to repair hair. I went to the doctors and had a blood test and all came back fine, with nothing to suggest any underlying cause. I also work in a supermarket stocking shelves, so do not encounter much stress. After reading other reviews and watching youtube and tiktok videos of this happening to others; it dawned on me that the over use of olaplex may have caused my hair to shed. I've literally cried for a week about this and strongly believe that olaplex should only be used by professionals.

Used it twice on my dry course wavy hair and just not impressed at all. Seemed after a day my hair was much more course. Back to revlon one. Quarter of the price and much better

Extreem veel haarverlies tijdens mijn gebruik van olaplex. Mijn haar was wel mooi, maar ben gelukkig op tijd gestopt want nogmaals de haaruitval was niet normaal. Nu ik terug gewone shampoo en conditioner gebruik, is het veel verbeterd!

The product, shampoo and conditioner did not suit my hair at all, I only used it twice and the state of my hair was awful. Very dry and itchy scalp. My hair was the same , very dry. Contacted olaplex and wasn’t happy with reply. Bad customer service. Went to the place I bought it from and swapped it for a better product.

Didn't notice a change with my products (leave in conditioner and bonding oil). But when it was time for my subscription to renew, I am almost entirely sure I clicked skip shipment (because I couldn't afford another and already had some left still so I was going to wait before I fully canceled). The order went through anyway. They sent me an email at 3am my time (midnight on the west coast) saying it went through and I had four hours to cancel if I wanted to. Four hours at 3 in the morning... So I woke up at 8am, saw, just missed the mark, and emailed them anyway. They said there were unable to help and I could return them if I wanted, but I wouldn't get the shipping cost back. All in all felt a little shady to me, clearly no one is canceling their order four hours from midnight (or 3am in my case).

Helaas, veel haaruitval na gebruiken product. Ben er na 3x meteen mee gestopt.

My shampoo spoiled. I have purchased this product from my salon and Macy’s . I keep my shampoo in the shower with the lids closed and I purchased the small bottles. My shampoo started to smell funny then the remainder of the product changed to a bluish green color. I have never had shampoos spoil before. I was shocked because I really liked this product and was surprised that it spoiled within 2 months of purchase.
