My hair has never been in worse condition. It didn't click that it could be this shampoo and conditioner until recently. My hair improved when I stopped using it. It was absolutely horrible for my hair. Dry, broken, frizzy. Pretty annoyed.

This literally burns your hair off! Used Olaplex for last three years with the thought of saving my hair. But it kept getting worse! It made my scalp red and inflamed. I lost 40% of my hair volume. I have now my sides chemical burnt off hair. Very sad. for anyone having doubts, please check facebook page about olaplex damaged people!

Olaplex besteld en daarna pas de reviews gaan lezen (heel dom, achteraf gezien). Geschrokken van de negatieve reviews hier… toch maar wel met Olaplex begonnen omdat het zo duur was, is anders ook zonde van m’n geld. Stiekem ook wel benieuwd naar of het voor mij misschien toch wel zou werken. Ik heb de hele lijn gebruikt gedurende vijf maanden en heb nu MEGA veel haaruitval. Alles gebruikt zoals volgens de instructies op de flesjes zou moeten :’( M’n hele huis ligt vol met mijn haren en het doucheputje en de stofzuiger lopen helemaal vast op alle haarballen. Hoe kun je zo walgelijk zijn dat je impliceert dat je het beste voor hebt met de haren van je klanten, terwijl je zulke desastreuze verschrikkelijke gevolgen aanricht! Ben echt heel boos.

Mensen koop geen Olaplex, ik ben zelf kapster, ik heb 2 maanden geleden Olaplex gebruikt en ben 40 procent van mijn mooie haardos verloren, had zo ontzettend veel haaruitval mijn haar viel voor geen meter was droog ontzettend veel klitten. Ik legde eerst de link niet met Olaplex omdat ik dacht te weten dat het een top merk was maar een vriendin had precies hetzelfde en die gebruikte ook Olaplex, toen we resurce gingen doen en er achter kwamen dat heel veel vrouwen dezelfde klachten hebben na gebruik van Olaplex was het voor ons duidelijk, acuut gestopt met het gebruiken van Olaplex gelijk geen haaruitval meer nu we met andere shampoo wassen dus voor ons nooit meer Olaplex! Ik hoop dat ik ooit weer mijn mooie volle haardos terug krijg want heb nu echt dun haar, gelukkig op tijd er achter gekomen en gestopt met Olaplex om erger te voorkomen, zoals kale plekken hoofdhuidproblemen etc .... Ik ben bezig met het uitzoeken hiervan want hier klopt iets niet !! Dus mensen koop geen Olaplex!!!!!!!!

I am a hairdresser.. this product made my hair fall out from the roots. As soon as I stopped using it, it stopped falling out.. I have reached out to clients that I’d recommended it to, and while some had ok results or didn’t notice anything negative, at least 6 of them have had thinning and breakage. We all put hair loss down to covid and/or colouring and used olaplex more religiously to help fix the problems, only to make it worse. I had blood tests, saw a dermatologist, they couldn’t find any health reasons for it. Until I heard about other people having bad experiences, so I decided to stop using it. I’m 6 months post olaplex and my root area doesn’t look as bald anymore but it will likely take years for the ends to thicken back up.

Having used Olaplex products for a year i have lost a good 50% of my hair. It has broken and snapped all over, and the worse it got the more of their products i used not realising it was that that was doing the damage. After doing a lot of research i have found there are thousands of people in the same boat a me, having the exact same problems. No wonder there is a major lawsuit against them in the US, they of course deny it. DO NOT USE!

I lost 70% of my hair from olaplex hair products When I stopped using my hair stopped falling into my lap They did refund me all money I'd paid which was positive but it didn't fix what they'd broken. I followed the instructions, used sparingly, hairdresser also used and was who sold me the products.
