Since my sudden hairloss coincided with the start or my use of Olaplex, I took photos of the daily hair 'yield' whilst using O., then interrupting my use for some months and photographing the yield during that time, then photogrphing again whilst using Olaplex again. clear result: hairloss disappeared after cessation of Olaplex and returned after renewed use! That this does not happen to EVERYONE is no argument. You might be the one to whom it does happen.

Naar aanleiding van zoveel positieve reacties over deze producten had ik toch maar besteld. No 0 en no 3. Dacht laat het maar een nachtje zitten dat had ik ook ergens gelezen, maar had ik dat maar niet gedaan. Wat een enorme teleurstelling, mijn haar was super droog terwijl ik het juist had gekocht om droog haar te repareren. Natuurlijk dacht ik misschien duurt het een tijdje voordat het werkt dus heb ik het een week daarna een 2e keer gebruikt maar dan maar 20 minuten laten intrekken, maar wederom zeer droog haar dat snel klit. Ik snap niet waar al die positieve reacties vandaan komen, volgens mij worden er mensen voor betaald om een positieve feedback te geven. Nooit meer!!!!! Had het ook nog bij IciParis gekocht dus dacht dan zal het geen nepper zijn.

Oh wat een troep! No3 t/m no6 gebruikt voor 4 maanden, ruim €100 euro voor betaald bij een erkende olaplex dealer. Nu 4 maanden later bijna geen haar meer over. Ik heb zeer droog krullend haar en olaplex werd mij geadviseerd. Nou NOOIT meer, mensen trap er niet in. Pure geld klopperij en dus met desastreuze gevolgen.

Extreme jeuk (lijkt wel brand op mijn hoofd), hele haarplukken die loskomen. Ik vond het al zo vreemd dat er zoveel haar loskwam bij het douchen. Vervolgens dag later weer hele borstels en handen vol. Wat een ellende!

This product absolutely destroyed my hair. It snapped off to the point where I had to where hair extensions otherwise I wouldn’t of left the house lol. Honestly don’t trust this company. The products aren’t what they use to be. Your hair will snap off. Become dry. Frizzy and like straw. It’s really not worth it. I recommend palmers leave in conditioner,shampoo/conditioner I use this and finally after 2 years my hair is starting to feel itself. Never again will I go near these products they are not worth it

I am, or should I say was a great customer of theres for years. I decided to sign up for subscription. Most companies send out emails days in advance of an upcoming subscription, they sent theirs out at 3 am with a cutoff of before 7 am. Most people I know would never be able to respond in that short of a time range and in the middle of the night. Contacting them I was told oh well. If I send it back it will cost shipping and a $5 fee from Olaplex. Needless to say I cancelled my subscription and I will find hair products somewhere else. Their products are good, but their customer service is horrible.

I bought this because of all the good reviews on the website. I wish I would of checked out trust pilot first. I got the 3 part system with the no 3 and 4 & 5 and also a leave in product. From the first time using it I noticed that it left my hair dry and more frizzy. So disappointing. All the good reviews must be fake on their site. Terrible product and an expensive waste of time.
