I had exactly the same issue as a previous reviewer. My delivery arrived and all the products were there but the lid of the olaplex 0 had not been tightened and the liquid leaked all over the box and packaging. I immediately contacted customer service with a picture of the package but as yet I have not received a response. Update . Customer service got in touch and resolved the issue. I am happy with the outcome. Not used the product as it's a gift.

Vreemd dat ik berichten lees van gebruikers die een tegenovergestelde ervaring hebben met Olaplex. Mijn haar was heel droog, veel haaruitval, jeukende hoofdhuid en schilfers. Na 2 keer olaplex te gebruiken heb ik geen schilfers meer, weinig tot geen haaruitval en mijn haar is glanzend! Ik gebruik nummer 4 en 5 als shampoo en conditioner. Nummer 3 en 8 als masker.

Igennem 2 år nu har jeg brugt Olaplex og takket være dette produkt har jeg formået at få mit hår vokset langt og samtidig sundt og smukt. Jeg elsker nr. 4 (shampoo) og nr. 5 (conditioner) - og kan slet ikke undvære nr. 6 (leave-in creme). Men silver-shampooen (nr. 4P) er jeg ikke så begejstret for, selvom mit hår netop burde bruge den, (da jeg som 55-årig er 100% gråhåret). Den skummer næsten ikke og er svær at arbejde med. Jeg blander den sammen med den vidunderlige, elastiske nr. 4 - så går det lidt nemmere. Jeg ville desuden ønske, at man kunne få en conditioner med silver i - det er lidt skørt, at man skal bruge en silvershampoo og så derefter bare en hvid conditioner ...

These hair products are amazing for sorting out the condition of your hair, I'd recommend them to everyone for that. My hair was in bad condition due to dying and bleaching it and pregnancy made it so dry and straw like and now, because of Olaplex, the condition is amazing. BUT - and this is why I'm giving it four stars and not give - I have to wash my hair every day or its greasy the day after using the olaplex products. Being a mum to two young children, I can't always wash my hair every day, but can every other day, and so needs a hair product that isn't making my hair greasy within a few hours. So for that, I wouldn't recommend it. I don't think it's good for oily hair at all but for sorting out the bad condition of your hair, it's incredible.

Honestly, I wish I thought of this first! Trying to get your hair saturated with no: 0 is a nightmare and at first I couldn’t believe I spent £26 on it. I tried a spray bottle and it is less time, you get more use and it actually saturates your damn hair! Would have given the product 5 stars if it weren’t such a pain to do, but have seen amazing results on my hair with it!

My friends recently introduced me to try out Olaplex No. 3, and the result is soft healthy hair that I could never imagine. Highly recommended! I have only bought Olaplex from Sephora and have not tried purchased from the official site before, wonder how's the experiences from others? My friend also learned her lesson from buying some Olaplex products from another retailer kalista-beauty.com at a lower price, and later found out it is fake products, and later she emailed Olaplex and confirmed this store is not authorized to sell, only store like Sephora is authorized retailer. So we have learned our lesson, and hoping no other consumers are being tricked by this chinese company.

although VERY expensive for how much product you get I’m very happy with my results, usually my hair gets frizzy fast until I wash it then it restarts but using this allows me to keep my hair tame without over washing it . My suggestion is give a little better value, such as more product

Olaplex is the answer to coloured,bleach over processed hair! You want to fix any of them ask your stylist to use olaplex! A bit pricey but it’s worthy !
